How did you hear about Regina Sooey? Through the running community. She was a sponsor at the Angry tortoise run that I participated in as well and saw her advertisement.
Was your real estate transaction handled efficiently? Yes, she was always involved especially when we needed additional when we ran into some bumps in the road.
What could we do to improve our service? I feel as though Regina and her assistant were always welcoming to my calls and questions. They even continued their great service after the closing with checking in and seeing if they needed to help with anything with the builder. So I could not think of anything tat they could improve.
Is there anything you would like a potential customer to know about using Regina Sooey as their real estate agent?_Regina and her team are always willing to help with even the hard challenges. They will do what it takes to make the transaction happen. If they cannot answer the phone they make sure to return your messages in a timely manner. They also made sure to give their own personal touches throughout the transaction with taking pictures and giving them to us at the end.
